Connecting The Dots of OGD's Visionary Initiatives.

OGD is a leader that's practical and realist. He spoke the language of the visionary and the idealist while in government.

Perhaps the most distinguishing trait of visionary leaders like OGD is that they believe in a goal that benefits not only themselves, but others as well. It is such vision that attracts the psychic energy of other people, and makes them willing to work beyond the call of duty for the state during the immediate past administration in Ogun State.

When each of these three elements of vision, concern for excellence, for people and for the wider environment are present, government is transformed from a tool for making profits as we all see it in Nigeria into a creative, humane experiment for improving the society and the lives of those living therein.

The new OPIC building located in Oke Ilewo has provided jobs for (300) three hundred Ogun state youths who will serve as Call Center/Customer Care agents for a front-line telecommunication giant in Nigeria. The service agent will occupy (3) three floors with their employees who are majorly Ogun State indigenes.

The idea to erect this beautiful edifice was conceived out of the ingenuity of OGD who ensured that the project was completed within the shortest period of time and available resources by our own Apagun Olumide ...May God grant the departed soul eternal rest.

This is what we call visionary concepts and ideas that will drive our local and state's economy. Not employing Chinese to build bridges where such isn't needed and rehabilitation of existing good roads that doesn't have direct economic impact on peoples' lives.

But the question we should ask ourselves is, who is the next visionary leader of Ogun State ?

How do we have the aspiration and inspire Ogun state people to reach their highest level?

We need a real leader in Ogun state.

God bless Ogun State..South-West...Nigeria
