SINCE Gov AMOSUN and His crew wnats OGD's achievements ERASED; they should remember to immediately
(1) Demolish all the three New International Stadia (Ijebu-ode, Ilaro, Sagamu), built by OGD's administration,including all the rebuilt/rehabilitated sections of MKO Stadium Abeokuta, which since their completions in 2006, 2008 and 2011 respectively, are been used effectively for localand international engagements for youth and sports activities. All because he personally hate to see OGD or recognized his achievements.
(2) Remove the complete redesign , remodeling, reconstruction executed on the old OGTV building,now Broadcasting House along Ajebo, Abeokuta, by OGD in 2005.
(3) Erase from this mother earth the complete new studio/tram mission building complex of the STATE RADIO CORPORATION at Ajebo road, Abeokuta.
(4) What about the Media Village Complex with more than 150 various types of housing units built during the15th National Sports Festival hosted by Ogun State in 2006. He should demolish it immediately, as these were executed during OGD's.
(5) The Olusegun Obasanjo Hilltop GRA, where in 2005, OGD opened up and turned a whole vast expanse of virgin forest to modern housing estate with alluring skyline, should be extinguished immediately by Amosun.
(6) Amosun should not only change the name of the recently built(in 2009) and commissioned highest building complex (housing the OPIC HQ) by OGD in Abeokuta/ Ogun State , he should further demolish it's whole ground floor where the commemorative plaque as credits for the project initiator, consultants,
contractors of the building edifice was visibly erected and unveiled.
(7) The Olusegun Obasanjo Modern Dialysis Centre built and commissioned by OGD's administration for the Federal Medical Centre, Ajebo Road Abeokuta should be demolished immediately by Amosun, since he is receptive of OGD's.
(8) One cannot forget to implore Amosun to commence the immediate destruction of all OGD's reconstruction and complete rehabilitation works executed on the Royal Paramount Palace Complexes in all the four divisions of the State between 2004 and 2006, respectively.
(9) Majority of all dilapidated primary and secondary schools buildings inherited in 2003, which have now been rehabilitated with strategic replacement of red roofs as signals for State Govt Public Building Rehabilitation Programme, by OGD's should not be spared for removal by Amosun, since he cannot tolerate any OGD's achievements and accomplishment in the last 8yrs.
(10) All Certficates of Occupancy (C of O) , Memorandum of Understandings(MOUs), and other State Authority Instruments, issued by OGD's administration in the last 8yrs to private, commercial and industrial concerns, for evident realisation of economic advancement of Ogun State , should be revoked, because he personally hates to see OGD's achievements.
(11) Amosun should not forget to reverse or sack all the 42 out of the 43 permanent secretaries of Ogun State , since it was OGD that appointed them. In same manner, he should reverse the current posts of all Directors promoted during OGD's. Because he now suspect and believe that every civil servants in Ogun State are OGD's. He forgot that OGD did not sack any civil servant inherited from Osoba's six years tenure. Even when some of them were caught in the " stolen vouchers saga" of 2006 by ACN, OGD did not sack them but redeploy some while others were issued with official warning/caution.
(12) The commemorative plaques erected to signify the new/major redevelopment and rehabilitation of the following public buildings by OGD's, should not only be removed but the whole buildings complex short down because the hands of OGD's achievements are too visible in the State :
Stella Obasanjo Children Home, GRA Ibara Abeokuta.
Asero Housing Estate.
School of Nursing Ilaro.
General Hospital in Sokenu, Abeokuta,
General Hospitals in Iperu, Ikenne, Ilaro, Aiyepe, Ijebu-ode, Ijebu-ife, Omu, Atan, Itori, ..........
Maternity wards complex built in 2009 at Otta and Ilaro.
redevelopment of the Mortuary Complex at OOUTH Sagamu.
Emergency and Accident DEPTBuilding at OOUTH Sagamu.
Resident Doctors Quaters at OOUTH Sagamu.
the old eye-sore secretariat complex at Ibara should be rebuilt back as it was, by Amosun, while the new ultra modern permanent secretariat complex built by OGD's and commissioned by former and present Presidents of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2009 and 2011 respectively, should also be demolished, because they were part of OGD's achievement that is giving Amosun and his godfathers sleepless night.
Forgetting the fact that the achievements are for Ogun States and it's people general benefit and not to be personally tagged.
- oh the new and modern Olumo Rock complex should be revisited to reverse back to the whole derelick structures of pre 2003 days, because the Ogun people will not stop praising OGD's for this great achievement of ingenuity of OGD as an engineer/corporate Governor.
- the rewarding concept of creating, constructing and handing over the Laderin Workers Village, in Abeokuta, by OGD's administration to deserving civil servants on owner occupier basis in Ogun State should also be revisited by Amosun for immediate reversal because it was OGD's creation. Why would workers not fall in love with a Governor who did not sack any of their members but also added value in terms of training/human capital development, with prompt payment of salaries and emoluments (pension and gratuities), while increase in salary and benefits were considered/delivered with respect and honor.
- all the new development structures in OOUTH executed and commissioned for public use by OGD's, should be demolish by Amosun, since heis yet to come to terms that OGD was given 8years sacred mandate by Ogun people. Alas, instead of building on the successes of the 8years, he intends and he is now taking Ogun State back to pre-2003, because of personal vendetta or hatred for OGD's administration. Whatever it is, Ogun people are watching and counting days/months of inactive, reversal of Govt policies, but talk talk and giving excuses-type of governance that has been in practice in Ogun State since May 29th 2011.
The resultant effect of this amateur and unintelligent behaviour of Amosun as Governor have already manifested as majority of foreign investors who have built industrial structures or have signed MOU's to invest in Ogun State , are now in the process of taking their investments to another safe State .
I will also not forget to remind Amosun that:
- The only modern structure within NUJ- Iweroyin House at Ibara, sponsored and built by OGD's administration in 2005, should be demolished by Amosun, since the building carried a commemorative plaque indicating OGD's at its initiator and benefactor.
- The Oba Lipede Market in Abeokuta, the Olabisi Onabanjo Ita-Osu market at Ijebuode, where the roofing structures were completely redesigned, remodelled, reconstructed to stop the pre-2003 leakage and flooding of the markets whenever it rains, as executed, commissioned by OGD's administration, should be revisited and erased by Amosun, to specifically stop the market users from praising OGD's.
This is necessary because Amosun is always and visibly irritant whenever anyone praises OGD's for past achievements.
- The June 12 Cultural Centre and the new Expo Park at Kuto roundabout,
Abeokuta, were completely rehabilitated in 2006 by OGD's
- The Permanent Orientation Camp for NYSC, with capacity to house about 4,000 corpers and other camp facilities, built and commissioned by OGD's in 2011, should be demolished and wipe out from history books as one of OGD's achievement as Governor of Ogun State between 2003-2011. All because Amosun wants to erase OGD's name from Ogun State .
- Since Amosun personally hates OGD's administration, the Cargo Airport located between Iperu and Illishan, which OGD's administration conceived ( all engineering designs completed, developer/ financiers already contracted with agreements signed, all engineering designs of passenger and goods train service from the airport to link the Lagos-Isheri axis already in place) should be abolished. While the good economic returns to Ogun State on completion and upon which the Federal Government has already issued an aviation licence, with the PPP finance arrangement already in place by Govt, should be forgotten. However the appropriate contractual penalty for stopping, reversals or abolishment of the various statutory agreements by Amosun, will be paid by Ogun State Tax payers eventually.
The cases of all the 3- Free Trade Zones acquired and currently being developed by OGD's administration as at May 29th 2011, should be similarly treated as with the Cargo Airport above. In fact all the foreign investors/manufacturers already operating with more than over 10,000 Nigerian employees, in the trade zonesshould be given quit notices since Amosun strangely suspect that OGD and his party members have official interests in the investments.
In the meantime all the private entities/concerns, including Banks/Finance Houses, Stock Exchange, Savings&Loans Associations, Home Developers, Eateries, Insurance Houses, Bureau de Changes, Supermarkets New Filling Stations etc, attracted to Ogun State by OGD led administration or through his policy of creatinggood business operating environment, should be"ordered" closed and move out of the State by Amosun, since he suspects that all or some of these, have relationships (official or unofficial) with OGD's administration.
What a chick!!!!!
