During the 2012 Budget presentation, our governor said and I quote
“HOUSING
With rapid
urbanization and population growth, provision of housing is critical to the
well being of families and individuals. In fulfillment of our campaign promises
and the need to provide decent, affordable houses to our people, our
Administration will undertake the following projects among others:

Construction
of two and three bedroom low income housing units across the state,
·
Creation
of a robust real estate market that can deliver development at an accelerated
rate and
·
Renovation
of existing Quarters within Ibara Housing Estate.
Pursuant to the above,
the sum of N3.96 billion is being proposed for the provision of housing in 2012
across the State. This provision is expected to complement funding from other
sources such as the Federal Mortgage Bank and Public Private Partnership. The
administration is also planning to partner with private sector operators to
invest in estate development in designated areas in the state.”

1) You will all agree
with me that this government has failed in this regards but, on the contrary
whoever didn’t agree with me should kindly tell us where the Construction of
two and three bedroom low income housing units is going on across the state as
rightly promised by Mr Governor.
2) They should also tell us if the governor was able to create a robust
real estate market that can deliver development at an accelerated rate.
3) On the final note; we will like to ask Mr Governor through his
social media aides to kindly provide the facts and figures in relation to the Renovation
of existing Quarters within Ibara Housing Estate which they claimed to have
executed.
All the aforementioned clearly indicates that this government is full
of deceits and falsehood, theirs isn’t a promise made and kept scenario. They
assumed power through lies and deceits, they are sustaining their government with
lies and deceits and obviously this is what will crash their government.
Where’s the # 4 billion (apprx) that was proposed for these projects?
Money don enter bush! Owo wogbo.
